What is nano brows? Is it same as microblading? Which one is better & why?
Nano-brows and Micro-blading – Both are procedures for creating realistic, semi-permanent eyebrows. However, they are not same. Nano-brows in many ways is the modern evolution of micro-blading.
Microblading uses a manual blade-like tool to slice the skin before stuffing color into the cuts – as a result mimics brow hair.
Nano-brows are uses a PMU machine and an ultra-fine needle to implant color as a row of micro dots (pixel), as a result mimics brow hair.
Advantages: Nano-brows give softer, more natural looking hair strokes, gives better longevity & long term results, is a gentler process with much less pain & is suitable to all skin types. Hence, nano-brows are now the preferred choice globally, for both PMU artists and clients.
How long does it stay?
Modern eyebrow pmu is designed to age and fade over time, not remain dark, harsh or stay forever like body tattoos.
Well made nano-brows usually last between 1.5 to 3 years. By then, it becomes light & fade. A touch-up restores it like new that would extend by a similar period (1.5 to 3 years). You can do 2 touch ups on the initial treatment.
Is it painful?
One big advantages of our method (nano-brows) over blading method (microblading) is that our procedure is significantly less painful.
Although not entirely painless, our procedure (nano-brows) is much gentler on skin. However, there is some sensation that is quite bearable for most clients. We rarely need to use any numbing in our procedure.
How much are your charges for nano-brows?
That depends. It is not same price for all cases. It is a customized service. I need to see your current eyebrows & briefly understand your preference to confirm your price, which may be different from someone else’s.
If you can share 3 full face up to chin, close up pics (do not crop, different angles) and tell us your main eyebrow concern/preference, we will confirm your price and other detail for your treatment.

Am I a right candidate for nano-brows?
If your eyebrows are thin, sparse, uneven or not in shape, if you regularly need to draw/shade your eyebrows with pencil, then our pmu nano brows can make your face look younger, balanced & enhanced, 24×7 – without ever having to draw/shade them. You can consider this.
Unlike Microblading, Nano brows is suitable for all skin types, including oily & mature skin.
We however avoid nano brows on diabetics with poorly controlled sugar levels, pregnant/nursing ladies or those with keloid prone skin, active skin conditions like psoriasis, severe acne, dermatitis, etc at/near brows or minors below 18 years of age.
My friend's PMU eyebrows look fake & too dark. I am too scared to try this.
I’m sorry, your friend must have gone to the wrong brow artist. In eyebrow PMU, you need to thoroughly check the actual work & results (including healed results) of your artist and not select one on lower price.

My friend's PMU eyebrows have turned blue/ashy and looks bad. What if same happens to me?
This can happen if you’ve chosen an inexperienced brow artist with insufficient knowledge of colors.
It usually happens due to one of these – wrong selection of color; poor technique; pigments planted too deep in the skin; poor quality pigment; harsh process, tissue scarring, bad post care, etc.
Our process (machine brow) & our thorough understanding of color tones/reflections ensure they don’t turn blue/ash.
How many sittings are needed to complete the treatment?
In most cases, the treatment is completed in 2 sittings (with a gap of minimum 4-6 weeks in between). In some cases, it may take 3 sittings also. The final healed result is reached in 4-6 weeks from the 2nd sitting.
Is there any pre or post care (maintenance)?
Yes, there are. Very simple ones. We usually inform during consultation.
You will need to do a maintenance touch-up at an appropriate time, typically between 2-3 years.
